STRATEGIC GOALS

Create and run programs and projects that tend to promote the different aspects and expressions of the Mapuche Culture (urban and rural), with the intention of strengthening the Mapuche Identity, gain national and worldwide recognition and value of the existing diversity, at a local and national level.

Supporting the implementation of strategic proposals for territorial self-management, aimming at an improvement in quality and life conditions in which Mapuche comunities live in, through the strengthening of their specific areas (sectors) and communes.

Support the creation and strengthening of Urban and/or Rural Mapuche Organizations functional and with territorial representation, who´s main tasks are the territorial protection and development.

Develop institutional, profesional and technical capacities for the support and elaboration of programs and projects for the family development as well as groups, communitary, sectorial and communes, in order to provide service and external consultancies.

Create networks of relations among the institutions and other social actors to generate and develop moments of dialogue among cultures on diferent levels for instance the social - technological, cultural and educational linked to Institutions that are looking in the same direction as The Lonko Kilapang as far as the mision and objectives of the Lonko Kilpangg.

Asumir nuevas áreas temáticas como: Educación, turismo, estudios e investigación participativa, microempresas en base a un enfoque de sustentabilidad ambiental, de relaciones de género e interculturalidad.
